So how do I get started?Well, why not come along to a pool training sessions at Whitchurch High School.Pool training sessions take place every Wednesday evening 7.00 - 8.00 pm, and provide an ideal opportunity to meet Club members, and to ask for a try-dive in the Whitchurch High School swimming pool. All you need to bring along is a swimming costume and a towel, the Club will provide everything else. After a demonstration, and a short talk to explain the basics of scuba diving, it‘s off to the pool to get kitted up and make your first dive. A try-dive will only cost you £15.00, and whilst the School swimming pool may not be that deep, it‘s deep enough for you to get bitten by the scuba diving bug. For further information about taking a try-dive, please contact our Chairman Mark Gosling. Having enjoyed your try-dive, there‘s every chance that you will be hooked, and will want to take up the sport and learn to scuba dive with Cardiff BSAC. | ||||
