All set for a weekend diving from Skin Deep. The westerly wind increasing slowly to gale force 8 restricted diving to the "Bottle Bank" in Portland harbour, visibility was just a couple of metres.

Looking for something a little more interesting in the afternoon, we tried the wreck of the sand dredger, outside the north wall of the harbour. Visibility was less than a metre - challenging even the hardy few to stay more than 15 minutes.

Sunday brought much of the same weather so the decision was made to call it a day.
